Seminars
Our Consultants are highly trained and experienced in 'Drug Awareness' seminars, recruited from professional backgrounds such as the Police (ex Drug Squad/Drug Liaison Officers), offering highly 'impactive seminar'.
They bring a wealth of experience in dealing with 'Drug Misuse' (including packaging/paraphernalia/dealing habits/physical recognition features of drug abuse and searching techniques). This knowledge has been gained through years of 'tackling Drug dealers/users' and you will find the 'seminars' very informative. All our Consultants have been highly trained by the Forensic Science Service in the 'testing and identification' of Controlled Drugs currently in circulation.
Drug Policies
Our Consultants can provide help/advice on creating a 'Drugs Policy' for your workplace if you don't have one, or assist in amending or updating existing policies.
A Drugs and Alcohol Policy is the backbone to all successful Organisations and care should be taken when developing it. The policy should be a formal statement of an organisations intent, clearly setting out the 'rules and procedures' for dealing with a particular issue. The policy should apply to all staff without exception, and for it to be effective within that organisation it should be regularly disseminated to all staff ensuring that they have an understanding of the implications should they breach the policy in anyway. It is vital those responsible for developing and implementation of the Drug and Alcohol Policy receive the correct training.
